Management SAI SEVA is a privately held company, which was founded initially by four Directors - Sujatha Raju, Prashanth R, Sai Narain CDK and Prasad Ayyagari, who all brought with them rich experiences in the fields of BPO services, Banking and Technology. NT Shiv Kumar joined SAI SEVA as Honorary Director and he has augmented the capabilities of the team with his extensive software and social networking experience. Sujatha is the co-founder and CEO of 
Sai Narain CDK is an Engineer by background and joined the Management Program at the School Of Business Management, Sri Sathya Sai University in 1991. He completed his MBA in 1993 specialising in Marketing and was immediately absorbed by Citibank. He worked through various functions in Service, Operations, Credit, Sales and Marketing with several leading global banks. He is now an independent Business Consultant. His passion is to contribute towards Bhagwan Baba's mission and follow his command of uplifting the quality of life in Rural India through SAI SEVA. 
Prashanth completed his MBA from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in 2005 and has been the Chief Executive of Trayee Business Solutions since it's inception. He is passionate about integrating technology to drive continous improvement and also runs an independant technology development company that develops many process management solutions.
He also holds a BTech (Information Technology) from Madras University.
Prasad has over eighteen years of experience in the computer industry with emphasis in vendor, program and business management. He has been with Hewlett Packard for the last 13 years working in Houston, Texas and presently on an assignment in Taiwan. Prasad is currently managing the development and business related aspects for all commercial notebooks delivered out of HP Taiwan design center. Prior to joining HP, Prasad has served as a project manager at IBM in Boca Raton, Florida for 3 years. Having graduated from Andhra University with Bachelors in Marine Engineering in 1987, Prasad has studied Masters in Mechanical Engineering at Florida Atlantic University.
Bhaskar Katta has been a career banker for over 16 years in various geographies while with Citibank during the entire period. He is currently based in Moscow, Russia heading the Retail Banking for ZAO Citibank. He has extensive Retail Banking experience with special emphasis on Operations experience with his last senior roles in Operations as Chief Operating Officer and Russia and CIS Cluster Operations and Technology Director. Prior to that he had similar Cluster level role covering Middle-east.
