Our client is a deed registry company based in Vancouver, USA. SAI SEVA has been capturing key fields from scanned registration documents for since December 2006.

Scanned registration documents are downloaded from the client via FTP. We identify the key fields in each document and capture them for indexing purposes. The completed data is then re-uploaded into the client's server.

ReaSource was our first international experience and the main challenge we faced was training. We had to train our executives to recognize American names and understand legal/financial terms and the task was harder because they were village youth with absolutely no exposure. Our client is now completely satisfied with our services and thier business continues to grow. We've applied the learnings from this experience into several other US-based projects that have followed and are adept at managing international projects.
